Mast cells are known to be the central effector cells in the early phase and important in the
late phase of IgE-mediated allergic inflammatory reactions [1]. Mast cells can be activated to
secrete diverse preformed mediators and de novo synthesized lipid mediators and cytokines
after cross-linking of Fc3 receptor (Fc3R) I–bound IgE with multivalent antigen [2]. The wide
